Cancellation Policy

I understand that appointments are reserved specifically for me and agree to make any modifications (cancel or reschedule) at least 24 hours prior to my appointment time. Failure to show up for my scheduled appointment without notice will result in: Forfeiture of my deposit, and the remaining balance of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows will require full prepayment for future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and scheduling.
